What You’ll Lead

  • Lead day-to-day field operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, schedule, and accountability.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, logistics, and project milestones from mobilization through turnover.
  • Identify field risks early, communicate clearly with the project team, and drive practical solutions.
  • Support team development while progressing toward a General Superintendent leadership path.

Tilt-Wall Superintendent Requirements

  • Extensive, hands-on field experience delivering tilt-wall / tilt-up construction.
  • Ability to build, maintain, and actively manage project schedules in Microsoft Project.
  • Working knowledge of Procore for field coordination, documentation, and project communication.
  • Commitment to on-site work in Fort Lauderdale and across South Florida.
  • Willingness to relocate to South Florida if currently based in Atlanta, Tennessee, the Carolinas, or another market.
