Our Story
Hernandez Development & Construction is a Florida-based firm specializing in ground-up commercial projects, Class A industrial logistics and distribution centers, and self-storage development. Since 2002, we have completed nearly 17 million square feet across industrial, retail, office, and medical sectors in Florida, Illinois, and other markets. Our projects include Class A distribution centers, warehouse facilities, and self-storage developments. Backed by an experienced team with expertise in land acquisition, preconstruction, design-build, procurement, construction, and asset management, we manage the full process in-house to ensure speed, transparency, and value for clients. With a proven track record of performance and innovation, we continue to expand into new markets and property types, delivering projects that meet the highest standards of quality and long-term value.

PTM Partners and Hernandez Development & Construction Acquire West Palm Beach Site for $11.5M Industrial Development
WEST PALM BEACH, FL — PTM Partners and Hernandez Development & Construction have acquired an 8.13-acre development site at 8530 Belvedere Road in West Palm Beach for $11.5 million. The partners are developing Palm Beach Commerce Center, a planned 93,556-square-foot Class A industrial facility featuring 32-foot clear heights, 22 dock doors, and more than 180 feet of building depth.
