As an integrated company, we can handle complicated land transactions, secure financial partners and overcome design and construction challenges.
No development project can be successful without a precise, all-encompassing approach. Hernandez begins each project by developing and implementing a thorough business plan, with the help of our in-house resources, to meet the exacting needs of the work. Our in-house experts in development, development services, construction and preconstruction work as one team to identify the right solutions and ensure that our projects minimize cost and maximize value. We intimately understand the intricacies of self-storage assets and consider the upside and risk associated with each type of investment, ground up, reposition or adaptive re-use opportunity.
Our team is comprised of proven industry experts dedicated to achieving a property’s highest and best development potential. With over 23 years in self-storage experience ranging from billion dollar portfolio management, over $300 million in acquisitions of value-add cash flow facilities, and development of facilities from coast-to-coast in the United States and in Canada, we pursue excellence within an environment that promotes collaboration, communication, a sense of urgency, innovation and value creation.
Through transparency and creativity in deal structure, streamlined decision making, deep comprehension of the construction administration, and efficient delivery of development solutions, we uphold our commitment to developing true partnerships with our clients. We leverage our expertise, relationships, in-house capabilities and market knowledge for predictably successful outcomes.
